a) Men up to 50 years (1977 - 2009) Athletes will compete with a 7 kg shot put.

b) Men Veterans 50 years and older (born until 1976) Athletes will compete with a 5 kg shot put.

c) Primary school pupils born in 2014-2015-2016 will compete with a 3 kg shot put.
