Participation at Arkadi run (22.6 km) and Public Race (6 km) is free for Men and Women born up to 2005.

Only the following categories have the right to participate at the Cretan shot put:
a) Men up to 50 years old, born between 1974 and 2006
b) Veterans aged 50 years old and more, born up to 1973
c) Primary school pupils, born in the years 2011-2012-2013

At the 1km Primary School kids run, ONLY pupils of the 4th, 5th and 6th Grade of Primary school have the right to participate.
At the 2km Secondary School kids run, ONLY pupils of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Class of Gymnasium have the right to participate.
