Participation at Arkadi run (22.6 km) and Public Race (6 km) is free for Men and Women born up to 2007 and 2010 respectively.

Only the following categories have the right to participate at the Cretan shot put:
a) Men up to 50 years old, born between 1977 and 2009
b) Veterans aged 50 years old and more, born up to 1976
c) Primary school pupils, born in the years 2014-2015-2016

At the 1km Primary School kids run, ONLY pupils of the 4th, 5th and 6th Grade of Primary school have the right to participate.
At the 2km Secondary School kids run, ONLY pupils of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Class of Gymnasium or 1st, 2nd and 3rd High school respectively have the right to participate.
